Making Local Expertise GlobalPresenter:
OracleThe World's largest enterprise software company, Oracle, has been expanding from its original database offering by making acquisition after acquisition. One secret of successful integration of these acquisitions is to spread product expertise to our global sales force in DAYs. At Oracle Enterprise Technology Center, we have built VMware based server farms to share product demos and solutions, conduct workshops and proof of concepts. We are not only hosting Oracle databases and Fusion middleware, but also Oracle applications such as Oracle e-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and Siebel. The server farms are globally utilized by Oracle Sales to reach our growth target. In this session, we will present how we utilize VMware virtualization to make local and personal expertise global.
