Speaker 1: | Cameron Bulanda is a VTSP-certified Director for the High Performance Systems and Storage technology practice at Insight Enterprises, Inc. With 18 years of industry experience, Cameron leads a team of certified technical resources that work with clients to architect complete virtualization solutions, including the server platforms, storage arrays, and software from strategic partners. The practice and its VSP and VTSP-certified engineers works with the client from assessment through design, and works with Insight's delivery organization to provide implementation and other services. |
Speaker 2: | Russell Temple joined Insight Enterprises, Inc. in July of 2005 to focus on building the Professional Services practices for Microsoft and VMware at Insight. During his tenure, Russell has successfully grown the Insight partnership with VMware enabling Insight to become a Gold certified VAC. Russell's responsibilities also include assisting Insight clients in architecting VMware solutions that range from traditional server consolidation projects, to redesigning environments to be entirely supported on a VMware platform. Furthermore, Russell's extensive experience and background with Microsoft's Exchange Server, high performance server systems, and Enterprise class storage allows for the inclusion of virtualization in new technologies like Exchange Server 2007 when migrating off legacy e-mail platforms. Today Russell is focused on expanding Insight's VMware methodology by adopting the VMware Infrastructure Methodology (VIM) as a framework and incorporating it into other Insight practices. By integrating VIM into other practices, like the Calence Networking Solutions and Asset Disposal, Insight is able to offer complete end-to-end virtualization solutions to meet the growing demands of its clients today. |
