Session Title:

Tech Preview: VMware Infrastructure Virtual Networking . Future Directions

Session Abstract:

As virtualization becomes a standard feature in the datacenter, traditional networking practices and design principals are challenged by shifting topologies resulting from dynamically provisioned mobile nodes and high levels of port consolidation. This session will introduce a new approach to virtual networking which provides a stable and consistent view of the virtual topology, in order to allow existing tools to work in a familiar way, as well as enabling a completely new set of tools and services.
