Speaker 1:

Jeanne Morain joins VMware from the Thinstall acquisition, where she was the Vice President of Marketing & Alliances. Jeanne has been actively working with early adopters, analysts, and partners to bridge the gaps between virtual and physical systems and to architect their virtualization solutions. Prior to Thinstall, Jeanne was the Sr. Manager for BMC Software managing Customer Programs, Configuration Management (Marimba), and BMC Performance Assurance Product Lines. She is most noted for pioneering concepts and solutions around Business Service Management and Configuration Management. Jeanne is contributing author to the Step by Step Guide to Building a CMDB. She has over 13 years experience working in Technology with over a decade focused on bringing new products to market around Systems Management.

Speaker 2:

Jerry Chen is VMware's Senior Director of Enterprise Desktop Marketing. He joined VMware in 2004 and has been responsible for several of VMware's desktop product efforts including virtual desktop infrastructure, application virtualization, and client virtualization. Before joining VMware, Jerry worked in a variety of technology related roles within consulting, venture capital, and marketing. He received a B.S. in engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
