Session Abstract: | Effective management of the virtual datacenter presents a powerful opportunity to enhance how IT serves the business. In this session, we'll explore VMware's approach to virtualization management, and why virtualization provides a fundamentally better way to manage the datacenter, and reduce cost and risk. The session will also provide an overview of what's new in VMware's portfolio of vCenter management products in 2009, as well as a discussion of the impact of virtual datacenter automation on processes and people. We'll also discuss the role of the vCenter management platform as an integration hub with your existing management solutions for seamless, end-to-end management of physical and virtual systems. |
