VMworld Labs Top 10 Survey

VMworld 2010 Attendees,

 

In preparation for the event, we would like to find out which of our labs are going to be the most popular.  We will use this information to train our lab proctor staff so they can effectively answer your questions and guide you through any problems you have.

I would have expected that your  lab proctor staff already be trained and able to answer any questions related to the labs that they are working in.

Hi Jason,

 

Thanks for the reply.  Yes, every lab staff member is already getting trained to answer questions on 5 labs at a minimum.  We are collecting the requested information so that we can add additional training to our "Top Labs".  The goal here is to reduce the amount of "let me get someone that knows that lab".

Thanks Curtis for the explaination.  I hope I didn't come as being sarcastic or anything.  One other thing though, is it safe to assume that the lab manuals will be available for download during the conference?

No worries Jason, its a little bit of a new format this year.

 

I will have to check on the logistics of the lab manuals being available for download DURING the show.  I know we will have them available on vmworld.com after the show as we have in previous years, but I'll see what we can figure out for access during.
