vmworld - cashed my company check but will not acknowledge receipt of payments!

I'm real frustrated with vmworld.  I've attended 2 vmworld conferences and have never had this happen to me before.  My company paid vmworld the registration fees by check well over a month ago.  I've submitted proof of FedEx delivery confirmation and PDFs of company checks (front and back) cleared for the $ amount.  However, vmworld registration page shows that my payments haven't cleared yet!  I've been getting no support to get this issue resolved.  Am I alone and have no recourse?  Kelly from Support was assisting me in resolving this issue and found after getting no response that she no longer works for vmworld.  I believe it was Rick who promised to resolve this issue on Tuesday this week and I haven't heard a peep put of him or anyone else from vmworld.  I've emailed atleast 7-8 emails and called them 10 times in the last month and half and I'm getting nowhere.  Is there anyone out there that can assist?
