I recently submitted a paper to speak at this year's VMworld, but I am a little confused as to how that relates to the registration process. If I end up not being selected, then I won't find that out until after the Early Bird registration is over, however, if I register now and am not selected to present then I won't find that out until after the deadline for 100% refund has passed. So, my question is, is there an exception for someone that has a paper accepted so that they can get a full refund after being notified?
