Alumni Status?

This will be my third year attending VMworld, but when i registered it did not show me as a alumni. Is there something else i need to do ? I attended the 2010 San Francisco and the 2011 Vegas Shows and this will be my third.

If you registered under different email addresses for the last two VMWorld you attedned (probably you worked for different companies) you need to call the support team to update your record. Once you get updated, you will get the Alumni status.

Heh.. I was coming to the forums to ask the very same question.  This is my 4th VMworld... Using the same email address I used last year..  Alumni pricing isn't showing up.  A co-worker will also be attending his 4th VMworld and has been using the same email address for the last 4 years.  He is also not getting the alumni pricing.

 

Anyone else seeing these problems?
