Re: Schedule Builder
I have been wondering the very same thing. It appears the schedule builder still references the Vegas event.
It is now live, just FYI....you can get to it here:

Re: Schedule Builder
Hmmm, Schedule builder does not work for me. I'm getting "You must log in to schedule" when I try to add a session. Anyone else having this problem?

Re: Schedule Builder
Historically the labs have been on demand (no registration needed). This year, sounds like you will also have a "bring your own device" option as well!

Re: Schedule Builder
Labs are 'open'. You go to the HoL area and wait in line to go in. There are conference employees from EMC/VMware who will check you in.

Re: Schedule Builder
Awesome! So you are free to roam between sessions or join labs. i like it. Thanks for the great information! Pardon the inane questions. Just want to make sure I get in as much as possible while there.

Re: Schedule Builder
Yup, I read the same thing. Apparenlty they are going to have a room with wireless access to the lab environment. If it works, it should be very useful. Looks like you could also use a tablet.

Re: Schedule Builder
Yes, there will be a 'smaller' area by or in the HoL area where you can BYOD to do labs. Labs are going to be different this yr. They will NOT take 1 1/2-2hrs...but in 60mins or less. Some labs you will be able to do in 15-20mins. They really revamped them this yr. Looking forward to it!

Re: Schedule Builder
No, the BYOD will NOT be throughout the whole conf center, but near/in the HoL area. More details on that should be forthcoming. As a vExpert, I was able to sit in on a 'roundtable' that discussed this a few days ago.
